”I have just participated in an Intuitive Abstract Painting workshop with Betinna, and it was simply fantastic.
We started out with a short meditation, where we first worked on grounding, then we slowly and gently connected with alll the colors of the rainbow. Betinna´s calm voice is very meditative and easy to follow. I would say it is for all, also if you have not tried this before.
With peace of mind we started out on the painting journey and process. And Betinna surely shared her methods and painting techniques abundantly. Wauuuu!
During my painting process my inner critical voice got loud. Also with this Betinna gently and calmly guided me through this and I continued forward.
This is a workshop I would highly recommend. Both if you are a beginner or experienced with painting.
The duration of this 1 on 1 workshop was 2,5 hours. But the whole experience still sits with me similar to the feeling I have after having read a great book or seen a wonderful movie. I look very much forward to our next workshop together!
